## 0.75.0 - **Semantic classification, stage 3 of the routing spine.** A fitted classifier reads a call's own content, as six integer features, and may move that one call's chain and raise its escalation upward; it never moves budget, billing, `tier_digest`, per-tier evidence or calibration, and any failure serves the declared tier unmodulated. The content itself is dropped once the vector is built, and the model is a fitted set of integers, never a generative one, so there is no prompt in this path for injected content to reach. No change to the public gateway surface. Ships INERT: the model is fitted per engagement and workload class from that class's own closed tasks, and no history exists yet on this deployment, so no call is modulated by it until a fit does. See docs/ROUTING.md and docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-12-semantic-classification-design.md.
